Pacing the Season: Coaching and the Daily Post

August 1, 2026

A coaching season has a rhythm. Live cohort sessions give it anchor points — a weekly gathering, a shared workbook chapter, a accountability check-in. But the days between sessions are where the actual work of change happens, and those days need structure too.

The daily teaching post was designed to fill that space. Each post is short by design — readable in under five minutes, tied to a workbook chapter, and structured around a single practice to carry through the day. It is not a sermon. It is a coaching prompt with a biblical root.

The five posts in this series are a sample of the cadence the method uses during an active coaching season. In a live engagement, each post pairs with a chapter of Be an Overcomer and a cohort check-in prompt. The sequence is designed to build — each day's post assumes yesterday's reflection has been done.

If you are reading this as a preview of the method, the invitation is this: read one post a day, do the reflection, and notice what accumulates over a week. The method is built on accumulation. The daily post is how the season gets paced.
